The Gulf Real Estate Company is a multi-activity company working in the real estate investment and development and offers its wide range of services and activities to a series of customers in the KSA through an elite group of experts and specialists in the field of the real estate investment and development with its headquarters in Riyadh, KSA.

The Gulf Real Estate Company was established in 2005 and was initiated by the Gulf Investment House, Saad Company for Trade, Contracting and Financial Services and became the first real estate closed joint stock company in the KSA, with a paid-up capital of SR 325 millions (Saudi, Kuwaiti and Bahraini). Its 63 founders represent the prominent companies, businessmen and investors in the region. The company board of directors comprises nine members representing the main shareholders who have vast experiences in the field.
